One Palm — Jumeirah Duplex

Set on the trunk of the Palm with the Marina skyline to the north and open water to the south, this duplex was conceived as a single continuous room folded over two floors. Silvered travertine, hand-finished plaster and a palette drawn from the Gulf at dusk give the interiors their quiet, mineral calm.
